What happened to my holds?


Due to Hurricane Ian, we had to temporarily suspend holds service.

Good news! This service is now available again at our operating branches. We've also added a curbside pickup location at Centennial Park Recreation Center.

Books and other materials housed at the Mid-County Regional Library are still inaccessible. 

You can manage your holds by logging into your online account and choosing the Holds tab. 

I'm sure I had a hold placed, but I'm no longer seeing that title in my holds list. Where did it go?
This means the item you'd requested was housed exclusively at Mid-County. 

Unfortunately, we've had to cancel these holds since we're not able to fill them at this time.

We're so sorry for the inconvenience.

My item is still listed, but I was planning to pick it up at Mid-County. What should I do?

You can modify your pickup location to one of our open locations.

Check the box to select the item. Then click the Edit Pickup Location(s) button.

Choose your new location from the options in the dropdown list. Then click the Change button.

That's it! We'll let you know when your item is available to pick up.
